Phoenix - The Medicine of Wounded Healer

It is designed as a process of transforming what feels like a burden in your life into inspiration, a gift of life, and a deep sense of belonging.

This workshop is part of the Movement Medicine transformational technology, integrating wisdom teachings, somatic knowledge, and insights from contemporary psychology and neuroscience.

The process offers a step-by-step structure that allows you not only to understand, but above all to feel and lovingly embrace the deeply rooted patterns that shape your life.

At the heart of this work lies a fundamental orientation: meeting what does not serve you through awareness and relationship. The guiding force of this process is the archetype of the 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿 — 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀.

During the workshop, we will work with beliefs, habitual reactions, and behavioral patterns that, shaped by the complexity of your life story, can limit access to your full life potential.

These mechanisms, once developed as essential forms of protection and survival in challenging times, often continue to live in the body and psyche. In adult life, they can become unconscious barriers that limit contact with what is most alive within you.

The Wounded Healer knows the nature of this fire, having passed through it many times. From this place, they can guide others through the Phoenix process — with humility, patience, and a deep trust in the unfolding of life.

“Your wound is the gateway to your medicine. If you have the courage to stay with it long enough, it will begin to reveal its wisdom.”— Ya’Acov Darling Khan

The Phoenix is the guardian of the fire of life.It reminds us that we are not bound to remain within old narratives about ourselves and our lives.

Part of the workshop will be a sweat lodge ceremony. The Sweat Lodge is one of the oldest known ceremonies of purification and rebirth — a communal gathering in the language of the heart.
