Description

I am a passionate practitioner with many years of experience supporting people in processes of transformation. Having been teaching Movement Medicine for over 10 years, I have witnessed a beautiful community grow around this work. I feel deeply grateful to have stepped into leading Movement Medicine Apprenticeships together with my friend and colleague, Kaya Sertic.

I have participated in 12 Long Dance Ceremonies, which I experience as a personal refuge and a source of deep nourishment for my soul. Each time, I am touched by the endless mystery of this dance and the depth of my love for it.

I am a therapist in Bioenergetic Analysis, working with A. Lowen’s method of body-oriented psychotherapy, accredited by the Florida Society for Bioenergetics Analysis. As an artist and performer, I create transformational spaces both in central environments such as cities and business settings, and in more peripheral contexts, including prisons and small communities.

In my work, I am guided by the intention to support the discovery of radical acceptance as a pathway to freedom and to the full spectrum of life.
