We invite everyone interested in deepening contact with themselves and their body - heart and free mind. We invite those who simply want to relax and dissolve tension in the body or those looking for a way to holistic personal development. No prior experience or preparation is needed.

Each meeting begins with the practice of "awakening the dancer", i.e. unblocking the flow of energy and consciousness throughout the body.

Through the body we will practice mindfulness, a state of open mind, presence in the here and now, when thoughts, images and emotions can flow and connect freely.

The practice of this state can improve the quality of our being in relationships and in the world in truth and trust in who I am - here and now.

Offer: simple structure, good music both life instruments and life djing matched to the rhythm of the group and played straight from the heart, leading of the movement. 

During the evening, the dance is accompanied by live drums and life groove.
