Self-proclaimed somanaut through dance, massage therapy, and somatic counseling.

I live in Tucson, Arizona with my husband, son, and two big orange cats. I discovered conscious dance in 1999 while visiting Omega Institute and a friend encouraged me to sneak into Gabrielle Roth's Shadow Side of Chaos workshop after lunch. I was hooked, and started dancing 5R in Philadelphia, uncovering more and more layers of my psyche and still going today. I teach Open Floor classes here in Tucson once a month.
I have been a massage therapist and massage therapy instructor for nearly 30 years and most recently became a counselor. Happy to be part of the OFI community!
