Rosa Valgode

Rosa Valgode, a true Rio native, is a psychotherapist, body facilitator, and coach specializing in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. A practitioner of 5Ritmos since 2014, her discovery of the practice was profoundly transformative. Led by her daughter, Anna Luiza, she danced for the first time in a room with nearly 100 people, where she felt an unforgettable energy, finding portals to access the presence and authenticity of her Self. In 2019, she became a facilitator (Spaceholder) and began offering practices in Rio de Janeiro. Today, she is a certified teacher and a member of the 5Ritmos Brasil production team.
