I fell in love with the 5 Rhythms conscious movement practice in1990 & became accreditied to teach 5Rhythms after training with Gabrielle Roth in 1994.My background includes contemporary dance,choreography & theatre writing.I also work as a sen.reg.Dance Movement Psychotherapist. I work with individuals & groups.I love how the 5 Rhythms opens us to our connection with our self, with another, with community, with the mystery & our grounded presence.
