Agnieszka Szymanik

I’m a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training based in Wrocław, mentored by Kierra Foster Ba and Masayo Benoist.

When I first stepped into a 5Rhythms® class, I was a mix of curiosity and fear. I had always loved to dance, and somewhere deep inside I sensed that movement could be a language for my inner world—long before I had the words to name it.

Since 2022, 5Rhythms® has become an essential part of my life—an extraordinary tool that helps me unravel, peel back layers, and touch that pulsing, ever‑vibrating vital force: my essence, my energy, my body, and my awareness. Movement has become a language I use to connect with myself and with others.

I find the beauty of this practice in a single sentence: I don’t dance to get rid of anything; I dance to make more space for everything.
