After years of looking for liberation through movement on nightclub dance floors, I found the 5 Rhythms in Vauxhall, London in 2010. I came from an intellectual upbringing, an Ivy League education, and the high-tech corporate world. Dancing the 5 Rhythms, like clear water for a thirsty soul, is what I was looking for to be free in this world, to be myself, and to accept myself. What a surprise it was to find all the answers in the body, not the endless labyrinths of mind.
I am honored and excited to share the 5Rhythms practice with you.
