DESCRIPTION

This is an invitation to spend the final weekend of summer in dance, gratitude, and ceremony, immersed in nature and supported by all the elements.We dance together towards the autumn equinox, held by the balance of light and dark, to see more clearly what challenges and blessings are we meeting by crossing the threshold into a new quality of energy.

TRANSITION opens an opportunity to create a life space aligned with the new ideas and values ​​that have come to fruition. We are an inseparable part of nature, changing alongside it; thus, it is valuable to become aware of how this shift in quality affects us—and how it can support, empower, and prepare us to make more space for this new quality.

What is ripening within us? What is coming to an end, and what is beginning?

In addition to the 5Rhythms dance practice—which always serves as the foundation and support for our work—on Saturday afternoon we will enter a dance ceremony I call the VISION QUEST.

The wisdom of the "sacred circle" - known as the Medicine Wheel - has long been used by ancient cultures to expand consciousness, connect with "all that we are made of," and deepen the relationship with the self.

Each direction holds its own qualities and meanings; activation of all directions creates a safe space for an inner journey and a deepening of the metaphysical experience of our own being.

Such connection brings insights, clarity, and support to our internal navigation system, fostering a better understanding of our current situation.

The body is our home—a portal through which we celebrate life and invite transition to inform and reshape us. Every conscious honoring of transition prepares us, softens us, and creates more space for the best version of ourselves in this moment. This is an organic juicy welcome to exactly that 🙂

VENUE for our gathering is LIMEJA—an oasis of untouched nature featuring a round dance floor set within a wooden pavilion that opens out onto the natural landscape. All of this is located near the sea and a beach that is ‘just for us’.

SCHEDULE

FRIDAY: Arrival and overnight stay at the venue are possible before the program begins.

SATURDAY: 9:00 AM Breakfast

* 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Program * 1:15 PM Lunch and free time

* 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM Program * 7:45 PM Dinner

SUNDAY: 9:00 AM Breakfast

* 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM Program * 2:00 PM Lunch * end of program

PRICES range from €70 to €150, depending on when you register and the duration of your stay.

ACCOMMODATION and MEALS are not included in the price but are available at affordable rates.
