The time of the lone wolf is over!

It is time to leave our caves of isolation. For some men this means leaving their feminised up-bringing and the landscape of Mother in order to overcome their shame of being a man. For other men it means letting go of their need to hide feelings and to have power over other men.

For almost every man, it means being in a circle of men where he may be seen and met as the man he truly is, in ways no woman can see and meet him; where he can drop his masks of protection and discover that he is not alone in whatever he is struggling with in life; where the sensitivity and strength of his heart is equally valued; where he can rest, release and resource in the presence of other men; where he is challenged and supported to grow and to be adventurous; where he becomes the Hero of his own life’s journey. A circle where each man is honoured as the man he is and where his vision is validated and celebrated.

In this weekend workshop we cultivate such a circle. You will step into a space where movement becomes medicine and brotherhood will be a living experience. Through guided movement journeys, rhythm, breath, presence and ritual we will explore what it means to be fully alive in our male bodies and hearts—grounded, expressive and with integrity. In this space we will be nurtured by the power of moving together in the Heart of Brotherhood.

No Movement Medicine experience is needed—only a willingness to listen inwardly and show up as you are. Expect a sweat and stillness, strength and vulnerability, laughter and depth. Expect to be met. And remember: you don’t need to walk this path of being a man in the 21st century alone. The time of the lone wolf is over!
