"SURRENDER"

DESCRIPTION

“Surrendering to the movement practice teaches us to trust.” Gabrielle Roth

In this workshop, guided by both the Waves and Heartbeat maps, the invitation is to dip into and find that sweet point of surrender in each of the 5Rhythms—both in their physical expression and emotional spaces.

Surrender is not giving up—it is a courageous leap of faith into the intelligence of your own body. So much of what we carry on our shoulders, in our hearts, and in our minds isn’t even ours to hold. On the dance floor, we practice shaking ourselves free from our roots to our very essence, diving beneath the constant chatter of the mind into a deeper, belly-level trust.

When we surrender to the movement, we stop tilting at windmills and allow ourselves to be transformed by the process. We throw off what no longer serves us, embrace the unknown, and land in a quiet, vibrating silence that holds us just as we are.

Join us to explore both the softness and the strength of surrender, and discover the beauty waiting on the other side.

I really look forward to meeting you on this dance floor. Welcome!
