STILLNESS POINT

The pre-Christmas season pulls us toward shopping, preparations, social gatherings, and endless to-do lists. While nature slows down ahead of the winter solstice, we often speed up—scattering our energy in every direction.

What if, this time, you dedicated one whole day just to yourself?

To slow down.
To turn inward.
To allow yourself to be nourished.

This day will be a space created entirely for you.

Through movement, music, silence, and deep stillness, we will gradually let go of tension and all those "I have to" demands. We will listen to what truly nourishes us, supports us, and brings us back into our own bodies.

👉Perhaps true Christmas generosity does not stem from exhaustion.
👉Perhaps it is born in the moment when we have enough for ourselves—and are thus able to give.
