Lightness & Flow

A journey into fluidity, presence & connectionEnter the water. Let go of weight. Let yourself be carried. In the warmth of the water, the body slowly softens. The usual effort of holding ourselves upright disappears, creating space to breathe, feel and move in a completely different way.
Contact/dance improvisation and bodywork in water / in the studio, floating in the arms of a partner, help us to find relaxation and confidence in a constantly shifting world. We access a deep grounding and sense of flow below that gives vitality to the whole body, a fluidity in our dance and in our everyday life.Warm water invites us to let go and to experience an organic and fluid way of moving, following the waves and spirals of the dance growing in the present moment. This amazingly transformative element enables to go on an emotional/spiritual journey into a profound state of relaxation.
The warmth and buoyancy of the water releases muscular tension, quiets the mind and soothes the nervous system. As we slow down, our perception becomes more refined: we feel more clearly, breathe more freely and reconnect with the subtle language of the body.Through contact and shared movement, we cultivate trust, presence and a more intuitive relationship with ourselves and with others.
A space to rest from doing. To soften what has been held.To awaken what has become numb.To rediscover the pleasure of moving simply because the body wants to move.
🌊 An immersive experience blending warm-water dance, Contact Improvisation, somatic exploration and deep relaxation.
Through interdisciplinary artistic dialogue, elements of life arts and neurosensory therapy help anchor aquatic experiences.
