Ecstatic Dance Sarasota and Global midweek jam

WE ARE NOW IN OUR NEW LOCATION 1100 North Tuttle Ave in Grand slam plaza

We are a diverse group all ages, colors, body types, abilities, cultures and spiritual beliefs. Every dance is live dj-ed by Dj Kat or a guest dj, following the 5 rhythms method.  Dances are a sacred space to move and be as you like. We have a sweet dance space with floating floor, large opening garage doors (when weather is conducive).  Dances open with agreements, guidelines and a short guided warm up. Come dance with us!!! ( we meet 3 times weekly, Saturdays 7-9pm , Sunday 10:30-12pm and Wednesday 10:30-12pm with a 30 minute silent mediation or arrive 30 min prior to times listed above.
