Was geschieht, wenn wir plötzlich bemerken:
„Ah. So bewege ich mich gerade. Moment. Was passiert hier eigentlich?“

What happens when we begin to notice “Ah. This is how I’m moving right now. Wait. What’s actually going on here?”
And what becomes possible when we get curious about what actually wants to move?
In this 5Rhythms® workshop, we explore movement as a path to presence and authentic expression.
We move through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness – the five rhythms that together form a Wave. They offer us a structure and a path to follow.
But they don’t tell us how we are supposed to move.
There is no choreography to learn or perform correctly. Instead, we listen to our bodies, our awareness, and the impulses that arise in each moment. Not every impulse needs to become an action. Sometimes it simply asks to be noticed.
Sometimes the impulse is big and clear, sometimes barely perceptible. Sometimes it leads us into a familiar movement, sometimes towards a place we have never been before.
The rhythms move through us – and we move within them.
For me, the 5Rhythms are also a ritual: a recurring structure that takes us beyond the familiar and opens a space where we can come into contact with something…
physically, emotionally, and sometimes beyond what can be put into words.
A weekend to dance, explore and embody.
A weekend to become curious about what is moving within us.
