Although this isn't for everyone, if you feel compelled, curious, nervous to be seen, you are not alone AND that is a really great place to start. Weekly classes are held in Bellingen. Hope you can make time for yourself to experience the magical transformation and reconnection to your own soul, releasing the old and feeling more alive !!!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
