5Rhythms in Gladstone,nsw

Dancing the rhythms since 2009 and teaching since 2015. Although this isn't for everyone, if you feel compelled, curious, nervous to be seen, you are not alone AND that is a really great place to start. Weekly classes are held in Bellingen. Hope you can make time for yourself to experience the magical transformation and reconnection to your own soul, releasing the old and feeling more alive !!!
